Thank you for shopping with The Melanista Boutique! We are committed to delivering your garments in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our shipping options and delivery guarantees.

Standard Shipping costs $1.99. Orders over $150 will automatically be upgraded to Expedited Same Day Shipping for FREE.

  • Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 2 business days.

  • Guaranteed delivery within 5-7 business days after processing.

 

Expedited Same Day Shipping is FREE for orders over $150. Otherwise, the cost for this premium shipping option is $9.99.

  • Processing Time: Orders placed before 3:00 pm EST will be processed and shipped on the same business day.

  • Guaranteed delivery within 2 business days after processing.

Important Notes:

  • Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Processing time is the time it takes to pick, pack, and prepare your garments for shipment.

  • Delivery time is the estimated time it takes for your order to reach you after it has been shipped.

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to stay updated on the progress of your order.

International Shipping: We are happy to offer shipping worldwide. Please note that International shipping rates and delivery times may vary.

Returns and Refunds

Pleasing you is our priority and we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. Returns and exchanges are easily completed from our Support page. All guests can exchange or return their un-worn, non-damaged garment for free, for any reason within 21 days of receipt. Simply request a return label through the Support page if you’d like to return or exchange your garment.


After your free return period, you can exchange your garment for a store credit equal to the garment's current value. Simply request an exchange label through the Support page if you’d like to exchange for a new garment or store credit. 

Free return labels are available for any shipping/order errors made at any time. Request your return on the Support page and we’ll make it right!
